Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator will assist with tasks from pre-sales to project delivery in support of our customers and team members. The tasks will include assisting the Sales and Marketing team and Operations team in creation and compilation of materials or presentations, setup and ongoing support of projects in ConnectWise, assistance with project change requests, master service agreements and milestones, interface with team members on project status, interface with customers on project status.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Business, English, or a related field preferred.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from creating client-facing proposal documents to project kickoff.
- Prepare professional presentation materials for key project phases, including kickoff, onboarding, offboarding, and process flows.
- Maintain and organize essential project documentation, including project proposals, RFS (Requests for Service), MSAs (Master Service Agreements), change orders, milestones, DocuSign administration, and ConnectWise activity tracking.
- Provide general support for ConnectWise, including project creation, updates, customer and rate maintenance, status management, and financial coordination.
- Ensure accurate and consistent record-keeping within ConnectWise, including customer classifications and critical detail management, maintaining document storage continuity and standardized naming conventions across platforms.
- Assist consultants with scheduling, coordination, documentation, process flows, collaboration, and document follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients as needed, providing follow-ups and support.
- Contribute to special projects, including process analysis, proofreading, and formatting.
- Work closely with the COO to enhance operational efficiency for customers and team members.
