Network / Desktop Support Technician Job Description
- Work at a Help Desk for a Library in downtown Los Angeles.
- Support the Help Desk operations: responding to e-mails, phone calls, and work with ticketing system.
- Assist in testing and installing various new technology-related equipment.
- Assist in maintaining and supporting various Technology hardware and software applications.
- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment and complete multiple assignments on time.
- Saturday work shift REQUIRED as needed (based on operating hours).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.61 - $30.84 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
