Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to provide Project Management support to the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Program, which is within the PEO Digital (formerly known as the Battle Management Directorate), located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides acquisition support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads by helping guide successful program execution to maintain the acquisition battle rhythm and deliver warfighter capability.
- Individual must have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs.
- Provides advice and solutions to program leadership to facilitate successful contract execution for the program.
- Analyzes overall program health and advises program leadership on options to maintain cost, schedule and performance objectives.
- Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
- The candidate will be able to support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- MUST have in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Candidate must have an active US security clearance.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required for all applicants
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in an DoD office environment
