Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ranges, cooktops, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and trash compactors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with each repair.
- Promote our services and products to customers.
- Meet performance metrics and revenue goals.
- Continuously improve skills and expand knowledge of appliance repair techniques.
- Complete detailed service reports (PVRs) for every repair job.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an appliance technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CFC/EPA Certification or ability to obtain is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in appliance repair.
- Ability to use a tablet for invoicing, technical research, and parts ordering.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
