Work Hours: Core hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Position Overview:
The Programmer II in collaboration with the Programmer III will provide communicative, graphics, and multimedia services in support of FDA/CDERs various initiatives. The goal is to provide optimal work products while supporting the overall mission of the Agency.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.

Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.

Prepares program-level and user-level documentation.

Production of multimedia using AI software

Creation of electronic and print material, to include FDA approved graphics

Ensure all print and visual material are in FDA and 508 compliance

Utilization of applications to include: Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said to produce a variety of multimedia materials

Utilization of storyboarding and scriptwriting for video production

Interpersonal skills to appropriately ascertain clients vision and requests
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years experience

Minimum education: Bachelors Degree

Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said and other related applications

Experience with graphics design and video production (animation and person)
