Do you enjoy turning challenges into successes? We have an immediate opening for a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to lead and assist the maintenance team in maintaining our 177-unit property in Fairborn. The successful candidate should have 5 years' experience in apartment community maintenance or facility maintenance (experience working in affordable housing preferred) and at least 1 year experience in supervision. This is a working supervisor role.

- Lead and assist the maintenance team with the upkeep and maintenance of the entire residential property, ensuring continued upkeep for safe, attractive and comfortable conditions.
- Skills will include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
- Make general inspections of grounds & all building structures; make repairs or replacements of building fixtures, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances & major equipment as necessary.
- Create & implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of power, water, gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants.
- Make recommendations to community manager regarding contracted services & provide oversight for contract maintenance workers.
- HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
