Job Details
The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers maximum value to the business and its customers.
The PO serves as the primary liaison between the development team and the stakeholders, representing the voice of the customer.
Qualifications and Skills:
Product Backlog Management , Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.), with relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of product management tools, methodologies, and software development processes.
Customer-focused mindset and a deep understanding of user experience design principles.
Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions based on business value and customer needs.
Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
