Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Specialist / Training Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to design, develop, and implement instructional systems and eLearning solutions. This role involves creating training materials, leading training efforts, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing instructional design and training execution responsibilities. This is a time-limited position with a contract length of no more than 12 months. Candidate must be either local to Missouri or willing to relocate. This position requires candidate to pass a background check and fingerprinting process. This position is not eligible for work sponsorship.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee training projects, manage schedules, and ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Create engaging courses, materials, and assessments using various instructional tools and technologies.
- Assess training needs, partner with Subject Matter Experts, and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Continuously review and update training content to reflect current processes, tools, and regulations / policies.
- Track progress, analyze feedback, and report on the success of training programs.
- Stay current on instructional design trends and incorporate relevant technologies and strategies into learning solutions.
