Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator
Location : Hanover, PA 17331 - (hybrid - work 3 days a week in office / 2 days remote)
Duration : 3 Months contract
Payrate : $19 / hr on W2.
Job Description :
The assignment can be extended up to 6-12 months total in length - based on performance and business need, for now listed through the end of 2024 calendar year
- Customer Service experience preferred - Min of 2 years - B2B
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and client interface skills
- Independant problem solver
- Data Research
- Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Shift will be 9am til 5 PM Mon - Friday, Occasional Saturdays and Non-Primary Holidays.
