Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator I
Location : Hanover, PA 17331 (Hybrid)
Duration : 9 Months contract (Potential to convert to perm)
Payrate : $19 / hr on W2.
Job Description :
A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant. The job is ubiquitous in business every company has customers to care for and may go by other titles, such as information assistant or retail assistant. Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person.
Beyond the Job Description, what additional skills and capabilities are needed for this role?
- Assoc Degree preferred- not required
- Customer Service experience preferred - business to business
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and client interface skills
- Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp MS EXCEL
- Will be flexible for shifts between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM Mon - Friday
- Typically, the hours would be 8 to 4, 9 to 5 or with the occasional 7 to 3 PM
- Potential temp to perm if there are openings on the team come July 2025
