Qualifications :
7 to 10 years' experience.
- Must be organized and detail oriented, possess a systems background, flexible, able to work independently, good oral and written communication skills, and have worked in a medium to large corporate environment.
- Public Accounting experience strongly preferred
- Understands and is able to apply accounting concepts
- Comfortable with and able to utilize computer technology Microsoft Excel (advanced) a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and respond in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking skills
- Superior working relationship skills - the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships.
- Change leadership - the ability to identify and implement change, complete projects and transformation related programs across multiple organizations / functions, and the ability to lead a team through these changes.
- Experience with ERP ledgers systems is preferred (Oracle, Baan, SAP, JDE)
- CPA strongly preferred
Responsibilities :
Position Summary Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and in preparing basic financial reports.
The individual in this position will work with the ADT Controllership team to perform accounting duties including, but not limited to :
