About the Position
As a Sales Development Representative, you will conduct a high velocity of primarily outbound outreach to various Property Managers across the country, identify their potential needs, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive the sales process.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, sales-oriented, results-driven, tech-savvy, organized, hard working and personable. This person is not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call to reach their goals! This position requires you to work from our Flatiron office 2-3 days a week!
Responsibilities
- Promoting and marketing Obligo's business through extensive cold calling, emailing and communication to prospective clients
- Scheduling initial demos for the sales team
- Providing in depth information to the Account Executives to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
- Maintaining all contacts / opportunities and recording all progress in the CRM
- Keep a well-organized lead qualification funnel, record key data points and prior engagements, score leads according to their fit and probability of close

Base Salary : $60,000 uncapped OTE of $90,000
