Responsibilities:
OBXtek is currently is currently accepting resumes for a contingent position supporting the Army’s Product Manager Power Projection Enablers (PdM P2E) organization. Place of performance for the Operations/Technial Support Analyst, Journeyman will be located in Oahu, Hawaii. Maintain proper accountability and custody control over government property for both Government personnel and contractor personnel at the P2E Program Office and the three Regional Directorates. Provide management of operational administrative tasks, reporting, organizational processes and procedures, programmatic and continuous process improvement in support of P2E global mission.

The start date for this position is TBD, in 1st quarter of FY-2023.

Below is a list of expectations the candidate must meet for this effort:
  • Theater Operation Support:
  • Provide centralized suspense control over periodic reports and briefings for accuracy, relevance and completeness (i.e. weekly Top 5 project report, Staff Call, weekly contracting status reports, Council of Colonels for Pacific, Europe, SWA and Network Infrastructure, weekly Deputy CIO/G6 Brief, monthly project reviews, POWER PROJECTION ENABLERS (P2E) Performance Work Statement (PWS) 29 Quarterly Performance Reviews and Periodic Status Reviews).
  • Coordinate and support organizational events approved by Director as required, drafting and complete final Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) reports. Prepare CCIR reports, received from the directorates within P2E, in accordance with P2E policy and procedures to inform leadership chain of potential adverse personnel or critical changes that impact or delay PdM P2E operations.
  • Perform emergency notification procedures for P2E Fort Belvoir using telephonic means; assist with emergency evacuation procedures and personnel accountability.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of Government sponsored events such as All- Hands meetings, honorary ceremonies, and ribbon-cuttings as required
  • Coordinate all in processing and out-processing procedures for all personnel
  • Organization Taskers and Reporting:
  • Maintain current organizational charts and perform monthly reviews and updates
  • Coordinate and support recurrent meetings with the teams overseas and other stakeholder engagements by developing meeting minutes, agendas, meeting notifications, and tracking tasks and suspenses.
  • Consolidate reports from each of the regions provide updates to the PMO leadership on project life cycle activities.
  • Monitor, assess, coordinate, analyze, and integrate component activities, and provide support to develop briefings/presentations and agendas.
  • Support the Quarterly PMOS Contract Performance Review (QPR) to include coordination with Directorates for input, scheduling and conducting P2E QPR briefings with PdM P2E staff.
  • Assist with the Management Internal Control Program (MICP) checklists review and internal P2E staffing annually and the Command Inspection Program (CIP) twice per year to measure compliance with prescribed PEO EIS policy and directives
  • Support the POM and PPBE processes
  • Maintain and update organizational records and current organizational charts as required.
  • Coordinate, track and respond to Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) and data calls for information as required.
  • Training and Travel Support:
  • Provide a single point of contact, from Fort Belvoir, to POWER PROJECTION assist P2E personnel with official overseas travel prerequisites, per Foreign Clearance Guide and http://www.fcg.pentagon.mil/fcg.cfm, theater clearance-related issues and base housing requirements; assist travelers when issues arise during travel or while deployed through the Government travel database; provide ongoing accurate and timely deployment and travel information status on personnel on departure, layover and arrival to and from TDY locations.
  • Track and prepare status of all TDY and overseas deployed Government and contractor personnel and report it daily to higher HQs
  • Maintain and process all requests for Government sponsored training, track all mandatory training and certification status for personnel (DAU, COR, Supervisory, etc.); and ensure training status is updated or maintained in the appropriate system.
  • Track readiness to travel on 72-hr notice of all personnel including having a valid passport, CRC certification, medical clearance, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead teleconferences with IPT leads, KOs, and leadership as needed.
  • Programmatic Documents:
  • Monitor, assess, coordinate, analyze, and integrate component activities, and provide support to develop briefings/presentations and agendas.
  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration and maintain organizational policies and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develops, writes, and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and brochures in support of program or project objectives.
  • Facilitate receiving writing and editing assignments from management staff and/or other authorized staff
  • Organize written material and complete writing assignments according to set standards
  • Facilitate reviews, written materials and recommended revisions and/or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
  • Ensures documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhere to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style.

Travel can be expected up to 50% of the time.
Travel will consist of trips both CONUS and OCONUS.
Must be readily deployable (medically and administratively) to travel within 72 hours in any environment including contingency operations.
Qualifications:
Secret Clearance
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a MA/MS degree
