Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will take day-to-day ownership, with the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, of digital marketing operations and produce content to support marketing campaign efforts. This position also requires analyzing marketing and member data to increase lead flow and optimize conversion rates.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Google Display Network, Bing and other search engines.
- Research and recommend ad budget for Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Coordinate organic onsite and offsite SEO to ensure consistent high-ranking for valued keywords.
- Design, set up, launch and manage organic and paid social media campaigns across sites like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and launch end-to-end email campaigns, including promotional or product-based messaging, newsletters and operational emails.
- Design digital and print creative assets supporting marketing campaigns.
- Grow Ohio Catholic FCU third-party trust on key digital review platforms like Google and Yelp.
- Work with Compliance Officer to ensure all marketing materials comply with government and industry regulations.
- Build, manage and optimize reporting solutions to connect cross-channel marketing efforts to sales pipeline and to bottom-line revenue.
- Present campaign reporting to senior leaders, demonstrating the impact of our strategies on business-level outcomes and ROI.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with search, display and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platforms.
- Proficient in conducting SEO research through tools like SEMRush.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment: May lift up to 25 lbs.;Office work- must be able to use a PC and phone; hearing and sight are required to perform this job; may need to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer. Must have a valid driver’s license to travel between branch locations.
