Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support the HR department with daily administrative tasks and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Help prepare and process any training materials.
- Support HR in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and maintain HR files and documents in a confidential manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain responsibility for all assigned HR duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
