At our Troy, MI facility, we seek a Metal Fusion Technician to work an afternoon shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. This essential role involves meeting rigorous safety, quality, and production benchmarks. You'll master the art of preparing, melting, and atomizing metal powders as per job instructions. From loading the furnace with raw metals to expertly purging, powering up, measuring temperatures, and precisely pouring the molten mixture using a hydraulic induction furnace, your skills will shine. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining the refractory lining, keeping detailed records, delivering product to be screened, and ensuring cleanliness when transitioning between alloys.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Achieving safety, environmental, and health goals
