Position Summary: The Regional Event and Canvassing Manager / Director will be responsible for organizing, staffing, and executing all home shows and events, with the goal of generating high-quality leads / appointments. In the first 1-2 months, this role will focus solely on events and home shows. After 1-2 months (TBD), the role will expand to include the management of residential door-to-door (D2D) canvassing teams for our new hurricane windows and doors line. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be an organized, tech-savvy professional with a proven track record in canvassing teams management.

Key Responsibilities:

Home Shows & Events (Immediate):

• Research, sign up for, and manage a calendar of home shows and events for 2025.
• Hire, train, and schedule event staff to ensure optimal lead generation at each event.
• Coordinate with the operations team to transport and set up displays for baths and (in the future) windows and doors.
• Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
• Input leads into CRM systems (Lead Perfection) and schedule in-home appointments.
• Monitor and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Canvassing Teams (Beginning in 1-2 Months / TBD):

• Recruit, train, and manage canvassing team managers & canvassers Monday thru Friday.
• Develop territory strategies for canvassing efforts.
• Meet KPIs, including achieving an average of 10 hours per demo.
• Utilize and manage Sales Rabbit / CRM software to track and optimize canvassing activities.
• Ensure canvassing efforts align with company goals.

General Requirements:

• Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend events and logistics.
• Strong collaboration with the Director of Marketing and other departments.
• Maintain and manage a high-performance culture within teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Event Manager, Canvass Manager, or Canvass Director.
• Familiarity with the Ocala area and its market.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Lead Perfection preferred), Sales Rabbit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Ocala, FL 34470: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
