:
- Assist Project Director/Manager in project activities which includes ensuring adherence to contracts and identifying and resolving problems.
- Assists with planning process by gathering programmatic information and reporting to the TWC Project Director/Manager.
- Assists with development and update of procedures; collaborates and coordinates activities with Project Director/Manager to develop service strategies, activities and training plans, concept papers, and other program development documents.
- Maintains close working relationship with partner program staff to ensure coordination of training goals and supportive services.
- Maintains data as required on client caseload and related program activities for reporting purposes and for monitoring of client participation and expenditure levels.
- Meets with participants to address participant concerns / complaints. Assist participants with addressing barriers to self-sufficiency including employment, transportation, and providing case specific resources.
- Provide direct support to participants in maintaining recovery.
- Perform drug screens as necessary.
- Introduce participants to resources for future recovery support and prepare families for reunification. Encourage addiction treatment programs and support the participant through these programs.
- Makes recommendations for and assists in developing corrective action plans.
- Assesses performance goals and results.
- Provides regular reports to management team.
- Collaborate to ensure proper deliverance of program services when necessary.
: Knowledge of Federal and State Department of Social Services regulations and policies; knowledge of budgetary controls; considerable knowledge of management systems and financial record keeping systems; high level skills in oral and written communication; ability to independently interpret and apply rules, laws and regulations is a variety of situations; ability to establish and maintain a good working relations with agency staff, and business officials.
Qualifications: Preferred A.A.S. Degree in Social Work or related field
o Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours,
o Knowledge of social work principles (for example, respecting individual differences and maximizing client independence) and social work practice (such as interviewing, assessing client needs, setting goals, managing cases, and locating and securing resources) in order to advise clients and to deliver services, under supervision.
o Ability to exchange information orally with clients, co-workers, and staff members of other agencies, in order to explain local department programs, to interview clients, to obtain resources, and to consult with other professionals.
o Ability to make and implement case decisions (for example, after reviewing the alternatives, to identify and select a course of action; to develop a plan based on knowledge of needs and resources; and to follow through on the treatment and intervention plan in a timely manner) in order to ensure the delivery of appropriate services to clients.
o Ability to assess an individual’s and/or family’s strengths and needs in order to plan for the delivery of appropriate services.
o Knowledge of social, economic, and health problems (such as strikes, unemployment, cultural differences, child abuse, and contaminated drinking water) that face individuals, groups, (for example, single parent families, migrants, and the elderly), and communities, in order to offer assistance and training to members to create sensitive to clients; to assess the full range of client needs and to deliver needed services; and to identify gaps in community resources.
o Ability to respond to assigned member’s emotions (such as hostility, anger, and grief) in order to accomplish service objectives.
o Ability to plan and manage, own work activities, including service delivery and record keeping duties, in order to ensure that tasks are accomplished.
o Ability to write in order to prepare reports, correspondence, and narrative descriptions of case activities.
o Ability to interpret laws, policies, and regulations in order to apply, with supervision, policy manuals, agency regulations, and laws related to social services programs.

Pay: $13.65 - $15.00 per hour
