Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the accounting manager in day-to-day duties in A/P, A/R, Collections and Filing. Candidate must be available consistently for either (2) 8-Hour Shifts per week OR (3) 6-Hour Shifts per week.
Responsibilities
- Mail out customer invoices.
- Receive and post payments from clients.
- Call clients to follow up on payments.
- Verify bills from vendors.
- Contact vendors for corrections to invoices.
- Enter bills into QuickBooks.
- Mail out checks to vendors.
- File paid vendor bills.
- Assist in billing verification.
