What You'll Do
As a Controller, you'll be a key financial leader, partnering with the CEO and supporting critical financial projects like budget proposals, operational planning, and financial reporting. You'll also:
- Lead financial operations including accounts payable, payroll, and cash management.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on budgets, projections, and high-priority projects.
- Mentor and guide accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee compliance with hospital procedures and state regulations, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Play a vital role in advancing our mission of compassionate care through financial stewardship.
What You'll Bring
- Experience & Expertise: 3-5 years in accounting (payroll, AP, healthcare operations), plus 4 years of leadership.
- Critical Thinking & Leadership: A proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems like EPIC and experience in Critical Access Hospital operations.
