Candidates must be local to Ohio.
Will be required to be onsite at 1980 West Broad St, Columbus, minimum of 5 days a week.
The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT.
This position will function as a highly skilled ITC21 with specific responsibilities that include:
- Assist in configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirements
- Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications
- Provide Support for ongoing and recurring IT Security audits of system
- Solution development in the ServiceNow platform
- Service Catalog item development
- Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions/ requirements and/or design review sessions
Experience
- Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
- Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
- Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox)
- Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
- Ability to work in an Agile project management environment
- Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills
- Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handling
Required Experience:
- 5 years ServiceNow development experience using server and client side APIs
- 5 years ServiceNow development experience using Forms, workflows, Service Portal
- 3 years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging
- 2 years experience building custom workflows
- 2 years of Service Portal development
(e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)
- 2 years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferred

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification
