Now Hiring: Vacation Rental Cleaners (Contract Work – 1099)
We are seeking reliable and experienced cleaners for vacation rental condos. This is contract work (1099), meaning you are responsible for your own taxes.
Position 1: Year-Round Cleaning (Slow Season – Flexible Part-Time)
- Ideal for someone who already has a job and wants extra income
- Work is sporadic and not guaranteed—this is not a primary income source
- Some cleanings must be completed between 10 AM - 4 PM
- Some cleanings can be completed outside of 10 AM - 4 PM
Requirements:
✅ Prior cleaning experience recommended (no training provided)
✅ Must have own cleaning supplies
✅ Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
✅ Must have reliable transportation
✅ Must own a smartphone with a working camera and be smartphone literate
✅ Must be flexible—schedules can change last minute
✅ Will be provided with a checklist of do’s and don’ts
