Oceans Maintenance Group is comprised of cleaning and maintenance teams that service and maintain investment properties in the Oceans Luxury Realty portfolio. Oceans Luxury Realty is a leading force in the real estate, property management, and vacation rental industry. As the fastest growing rental agency in the area, we have a growing need to add to our existing team a well-rounded luxury vacation rental cleaner. Applicants must have cleaning experience. To be successful in this role, you will need reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure properties are clean for the next guest's arrival
- Report any maintenance concerns or issues to management for a quick resolution
- Perform cleaning duties as needed
Skills
- Hands-on experience with vacation rental cleaning
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products
- Time management and organization skills
- Ability to track assigned tasks in our mobile app
Requirements
- Must have reliable and your own transportation
- Must work well in a team setting
- Self-sufficient, able to work independently and be a self starter
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
