What are the responsibilities and job description for the OBW Gate Greeter position at Ocean Breeze Waterpark?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests who enter have a valid ticket or season pass
- Record exits and re-entries to track guest attendance in the park
- Friendly approach to customer service by greeting each guest that enters and exits the park
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Ability to work in shaded, outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
