The Casino Credit Representative reports to the Casino Credit Supervisor and is responsible for promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity of the entire credit operation and the highest caliber guest service to all guests.

- Create and support a strong credit operation
- Following all credit internal controls and procedures
- Adhering to regulatory requirements
- Promoting hassle free guest and internal processes
- Facilitate a credit process which supports ongoing operations
- Resolve guest related problems in a fast-paced environment always with a smile
- Maintaining integrity of the credit operation
- Following policies for granting, compliance and extension, and/or denial of credit
- Working with internal partners, ensure markers are issued in a timely and proper manner
- 3 years of appropriate credit related experience preferably in a high-volume casino Resort
- General business and casino credit knowledge
- Knowledge of New Jersey Casino Control Act
- Exceptional guest services skills, courtesy, professionalism, and communication skills
- The ability to speak, read and write in English
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment
