Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to manage our specialty glass and door automation projects from inception to completion. This on-site role involves traveling to job sites throughout the tri-state area, working closely with homeowners, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful installation and servicing of high-end doors and automation systems.
Additionally, this position requires occasional travel across the U.S. for training with manufacturers to stay current on the latest automation technology and installation techniques.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in large format door and storefront glass installations. Prefer understanding of Automation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites across New Jersey, New York City, and Pennsylvania.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and in various job site conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Preference will be given to applicants with at least 5 years Construction and Project Management experience.
