- Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
- Experience in Pari-Mutuel racing and/or simulcast operations.
- Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Responsible for supervision and training of staff as necessary.
- Ensures compliance with company Policies and Procedures, including all Internal Controls and Maryland Racing Commission Regulations.
- Responsible for efficient performance of pari-mutuel wagering operation.
- Responsible for accurate completion of daily paperwork and reports.
