Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Your role will involve various administrative tasks and assisting guests with their inquiries and requests.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
