Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize profitability.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of hotel operations and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.
