Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team in Clinton, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests and residents. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. The goal is to keep our facility in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Change linens and make beds
- Empty trash receptacles
- Report any maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Excellent customer service skills in dealing with residents, staff and visitors
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina and mobility
- Reliability and Punctuality in all weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo a complete background check including a physical
