Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using office software.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Handle customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems and computers.
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in office software applications.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone systems and customer support practices.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
