Job Description:
The Learning Technology & Program Administrator role at OSJL champions the organization's learning technology and programs, leveraging the LMS to drive associate development and organizational success. This role goes beyond system administration, requiring a proactive and innovative individual who can use technology to cultivate a thriving learning culture. This position will possess technical expertise, a strong understanding of learning principles, and a passion for systems and program administration. This role will shape the future of associate development, ensuring the LMS remains a cutting-edge platform that empowers associates in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration:
- Manage users, roles, permissions, course catalogs, and learning paths; optimize LMS settings and provide technical support.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Analyze learning data, develop metrics, generate reports, and use insights to improve learning programs and optimize the LMS.
System Integration & Interoperability:
- Manage LMS integrations with other HR systems, ensuring data flow and automating workflows.
Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee LMS upgrades, resolve technical issues, and explore partnerships.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay current on industry trends, evaluate LMS effectiveness, incorporate new features, and explore new learning technologies.
Associate Support & Program Administration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for L&D inquiries, Team support, administer key L&D programs, manage Tuition Reimbursement, onboard new hires on LMS usage, and support leaders in associate development.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in LMS Administration, Learning & Development, or similar role, is required.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with LMS platforms and data analysis tools. Experience with UKG Pro Learning is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of learning principles, adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, information design and communications, and emerging learning technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively instill trust and respect to foster collaboration with a broad range of personalities and roles internally and externally.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record and auto insurance.
- Proficient in Google platforms (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid Role: This role is eligible for remote work 2 days per week where work may be completed outside of the Company locations. The individual is responsible for setting up a professional and ergonomically safe work environment and being available during working hours. While working remotely, the role will be required to have reliable internet connection.
- Travel Percentage: up to 20% as needed for business priorities
- Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard
potential. - Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.
