What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Ocean View Manor?
85 Bed Limited Mental Health Assisted Living Facility looking for a maintenance person for two days a week that is familiar with a variety of repairs skills, such as changing lights, ceiling tiles, plumbing, electrical, painting, and other minor repairs that are involved with a residential facility.
Required to have your own tools, and be available for emergencies if they arise.
Must be respectful to the residents and staff.

MUST pass a level II background screening

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
