This is a full-time on-site role located in Huntington Beach, CA for a Director, Fiscal Services. The Director, Fiscal Services will oversee budgeting processes, manage financial operations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves leading a team, providing training, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the district’s goals.

• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Team Leadership and Training skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant experience in educational finance or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
