Job Title : Accounting Manager Department : Accounting
Reports to : Controller / CFO
FLSA Status : Exempt Salary Range : $75,000 to $100,000 annually
OCEANAIR is currently seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting of OCEANAIR Inc. and assisting in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Accounting Department.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a similar accounting position.
- Prior forwarding, logistics or distribution operations a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- CargoWise knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong numerical skills are required
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
