Duties And Responsibilities
As an intern with our Client Services IT group, you’ll a ssist with:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for end-users.
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT services and process.

Qualifications
DESIRED :
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in IT.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
