- Role provides the opportunity to work in hybrid environment, working both virtually and in office when required.
- Create schedules for new projects.
- Create views, filters, and reports for reporting various aspects of the business to include but not limited to; daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production schedules and critical path management.
- Resource load schedules and evaluate over/under allocated resources against all active projects and inform management of potential conflicts both near and far term.
- Interpret the effects of bid quote schedules on resource allocations against current active projects.
- Continuously update project schedules based on changes in the Master Production Schedule (MPS), engineering activities, materials updates, customer requirements and changes, and resource availability.
- Regularly coordinate with other departments to gathers progress information and compile reports. concerning status of work to apprise project management delays.
- Develop schedules based on sound scheduling principles.
- Supervise scheduling staff. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years scheduling experience in a manufacturing/engineering field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Engineering Fundamentals, including structures, pressure vessel design and stress calculations
- Minimum 3 years’ experiencein Primavera P6.
- Minimum 1 year experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
DESIRED:
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Enovia or similar Product Life Management (PLM) system
- Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
- Knowledge of subsea distribution hardware
- Knowledge of pipeline connection and/or repair systems
- Understand the manufacturing process

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
