Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Realtor based in Myrtle Beach, SC, with some remote work opportunities available. The Professional Realtor will be responsible for listing and showing properties, providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and facilitating property sales. They will also be expected to keep up-to-date with market trends and ensure all transactions are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills and experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Myrtle Beach real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
