Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Foster a positive work environment by leading and mentoring staff in various departments.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the hotel.
- Coordinate with human resources for hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Manage phone systems and ensure effective communication within the hotel.

Experience
