Case Supervisor
Oceans Behavioral Interventions is a Riverside, CA based company that specializes in the treatment of children with Autism. We are currently looking for a ABA Clinical Case Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description
The Clinical Case Supervisor will be responsible for managing the case load and schedule of children with autism in our program. The Clinical Case Supervisor will also be responsible for providing support to the families of children in our program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, and providing positive interaction between families and staff. The Clinical Case Supervisorwill also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of child’s progress, and data collection.
Responsibilities
- Maintain case files and data collection throughout the day
- Work with the BCBA to ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for each child in the program, including daily notes, progress notes, and weekly reports.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed and submitted on a daily basis for each child in the program.
- Maintain family communication with families of each child in the program, including weekly check-ins, monthly check-ins, and monthly reports on families’ children’s status.
- Work closely with BCBA to ensure that families are informed about their child’s progress and are aware of upcoming milestones.
- Maintain family communication with BCBA as well as with staff regarding children’s progress and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain accurate case records throughout the day by collecting data on children’s daily milestones, behavior problems, educational progress, etc.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work while dealing effectively with stressful situations (e.g., emergencies) and dealing with conflict between staff members and parents (e.g., disagreements about payments).
- Assist in other areas as needed by completing other tasks assigned by supervisors or directors (i.e., administrative tasks).
- Experience in applied behavior analysis and patient care
Qualifications/Required Experience: Enrolled or graduated from a Master’s program in ABA or a related field Previous experience working with children
Preferred Experience: Experience working with children, or knowledge of developmental disabilities (preferred) Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred)
