Description
The Development & Integration Manager will support the management and development of new projects to help with data collection, research, and analysis as well as integration projects. Duties include active research to model new projects and review statistical data and market trends relevant to projects. They will create financial models to support growth locations as well as PowerPoint presentations for potential sales leads. They will support all JV ongoing quarterly reporting. They will also support integration project management efforts.
Essential Functions :
- Compiles and analyzes data for growth projects.
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Complete associated forecasting and modeling.
- Performs integrated revenue / expense analysis. Presents impact of a merger / acquisition on the organization.
- Creates and manages documentation and reports for projects. Maintains project timeframes, objectives, and communication for all up-front development activities.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations of findings and sales decks for potential leads.
- Tracks, forecasts, and reports on project progress. Liaise with subject matter experts and function owners to maintain project schedule and efficacy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement associated with growth activities. Make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepares quarterly JV reporting.
- Manages weekly pipeline and support the weekly growth meeting.
- Works with integration to PM key areas on a regular basis. Will oversee targeted functions to ensure appropriate integration.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Environment : Subject to many interruptions. Pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries. Can be high paced and stressful; must be able to cope mentally and physically to atmosphere. Requires spending approximately 90% or more of the time inside a building that offers protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
