Salary: $55-60/hour, DOE

Schedule: Full-Time (Live-Out), 40hrs/week (some overtime required, paid at time and one half)

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 3 years professional nanny experience, adolescent experience required
Availability to Travel: 6 weeks travel/year (international and domestic)
UHNW Experience: 3 years with VVIP principals/families
U.S. Passport Required (due to travel)

A distinguished family in North Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Nanny/Family Assistant to help manage their dynamic household.
In this role, you will provide exceptional care and guidance to their independent 14-year-old while overseeing a range of organizational and logistical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support for a self-sufficient 14-year-old, prioritizing their emotional well-being.
- Maintain open communication with the principal and the child’s mother regarding schedules, appointments, and updates.
- Ensure the child’s bathroom is restocked and their belongings (e.g., hairbrush, electronics) are organized and charged.
- Coordinate with the IT team to update electronics.
- Manage errands, vehicle cleanliness, and fuel refills.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the child’s spaces (e.g., schoolroom, backpack, closet).
- Prepare snacks and school lunches.
- Research, order, and manage inventory for clothing, shoes, hygiene products, and other essentials.
- Organize keepsakes and storage items.
- Maintain and update the child’s personal library.
- Provide homework assistance and oversee schoolwork management.
School-Related Tasks:
- Stock and organize schoolroom supplies.
- Regularly clean out the schoolroom, donating or storing items as directed.
- Communicate with teachers and instructors regarding schedules, payments, and progress.
- Liaise with the school office for administrative needs.
Activities Management:
- Facilitate activities, playdates, and transportation.
- Research and hire instructors or coaches for after-school activities and travel.
- Register the child for camps, activities, and events.
- Stay informed of regional events and opportunities for enrichment.
Travel Support:
- Travel with the family for approximately 6 weeks per year.
- Research and organize activities during travel.
- Pack and unpack the child’s luggage.
- Check inventories at other properties and manage supply requests.
General Requirements:
- Collaborate with the former nanny, who will oversee duties and tasks in an administrative role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
