Job Summary
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Specialist who’s ready to wear multiple hats, take initiative, and help support our expanding sales operation. This isn’t just a support role—it’s an opportunity to help shape the direction of the inside sales function within a company on the rise. You’ll assist our sales reps, manage key administrative processes, and play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales reps with quoting, proposals, order processing, and day-to-day sales tasks.
- Customer Coordination: Act as a point of contact for client questions, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- CRM & Data Management: Keep our CRM updated with accurate information, notes, and lead tracking.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Work with logistics, operations, and admin teams to support deal flow from start to finish.
- Administrative Duties: Help generate sales reports, organize files, and maintain sales materials.
- Market Research & Prospecting: Support the sales team with lead research and competitive insights.
- Adapt & Evolve: Jump into various roles as needed—this position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and can create structure in a fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in a sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing role. IT or B2B background is a bonus.
- Communication: You’re clear, professional, and comfortable talking to clients and coworkers alike.
- Flexibility: You can pivot between tasks and roles as priorities shift—and you’re energized by the pace.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or take ownership.
- Organization & Accuracy: Detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Excel/Google Sheets, and general office tools.
