Responsibilities:
- Overall management and team leader of Landscape maintenance crew(s)
- Help create and implement efficient and organized scheduling for all tasks given
- Direct, implement, and ensure consistent excellence and proper landscape practices on all of our jobs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum (5) years experience in landscape maintenance and crew leading
- Extensive knowledge and experience with maintaining high-end properties, while utilizing correct procedures to attain excellence on all of our jobs
- Clean, NYS drivers license
- The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Confidence, enthusiasm, respect, leadership and a positive attitude
