RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand each client’s needs, priorities, and concerns. Build trust quickly and create personalized, well-rounded strategies that help them achieve their financial goals with confidence. Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships by proactively engaging with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams across all business lines to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ensure financial solutions on the suitability of the carrier’s product align with clients' goals, taking a holistic, long-term planning approach. Adhere strictly to all risk, regulatory, and security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up to date on market trends and investment strategies, particularly with respect to fixed annuities and their fit for portfolios.
- Assist clients with financial planning involving fixed annuities, in particular, with retirement and estate planning
- Bachelor degree or higher required
- Series 6, 7 or 66 licenses or life insurance license required
- 5 years of experience as a financial advisor, life insurance agent or related field working under a primarily commission based compensation scheme
- Adept at utilizing software commonly used in the personal financial advisor business
- Experience in financial services working with clients, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships with mass affluent and high net worth clients
- Love of learning and challenges, including determination to succeed
- Strong communication skills and self-starter
- This role will be based in Denver, CO
- This role will be, Hybrid, 3 days in the office
- Base compensation is expected to be $85,000 - $110,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including a 10 - 40% bonus target
- Salary may vary based on work experience, market conditions, location, and qualifications/training.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
