Greet customers at our independent auto repair shop, create descriptive work orders. Distribute work orders to team of technicians. Review inspection report from techs. Check customers history, look at car and recommended work personally. Write and sell necessary work. Order parts , and communicate sale with tech. Check over completed job for quality. Call customer for pick up. Review invoice and take payment. Other job duties include managing returns to suppliers . Ordering oil , and in stock parts. Balancing end of day reports .
