OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking a licensed Leasing Agent to support our leasing efforts from Saturdays through Wednesdays . In this role, you will showcase our 3,000 managed properties to potential tenants while delivering top-notch customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales, prior leasing experience and a passion for Philadelphia's neighborhoods, we'd love to hear from you.
This position offers a salary of $45,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience, along with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on sales performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a work schedule of Saturday through Wednesday. Days off for this role are Thursday and Friday.
Requirements
- Conduct tours of available apartments and homes for prospective residents
- Explain rental policies, application requirements, and the screening process while addressing prospective resident's lease related questions before they are transferred to the applications team
- Maintain a keen eye for detail during showings, reporting any unit issues to property management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, offering personalized service
- Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed, including scheduling showings and managing email correspondence.
