We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at BLUFIN. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
• Adhere to all sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
