What You’ll Do:
- Be the Go-To Expert: Collaborate with insurance brokers to create customized group health insurance proposals and other ancillary group insurance products, such as dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Build Strong Connections: Focus primarily on groups with fewer than 50 members, handling:
- Proposal creation
- Carrier requests
- Benefit guidance
- Keep Everything in Check: Develop custom spreadsheets to help brokers market to current and prospective clients.
- Guide brokers through the policy installation process by:
- Providing detailed information on small business health products
- Checking paperwork for accuracy
- Submitting clean documentation to carriers
- Gain a general understanding of the group health insurance market and other types of group insurance.
