Responsibilities for Senior human resources manager.
· Actively engages in objectives setting at facility level
· Actively participate in safety and environmental projects as required
· Initiate and process progressive disciplinary action for all departments
· Develop and maintain Affirmative Action plans at the location
· Partner with business leaders to determine overall workforce planning needs for function
· Identify and analyses problems to reach robust decision.
· Global administration of all of the company’s leave of absence to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and ongoing applicability with the company’s policies and programs
· Act as the company point of contact for the Employee Relation team for issue and inquiries related to employee
· Develop HR plans to support strategic fiscal year business plans
· Monitor employee relations
· Partner with the leadership team to champion the company’s vision, mission, business value and culture
· Advise management as a strategic business partner, be an effective change agent to roll out organizational change programs
· In partnership with Global Talent Management function, regionally leads key talent and management development including consulting with the organization’s leader regarding team development and personal / professional development of associates
· Drives and manages internal communications regarding regional activities, HR programs, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged
· Ensures compliance with employment-related laws
· Develop required knowledge of the business in order to fully understand the organization, its functions, challenges and opportunities
· Understand the long-term business plan to strategically mold HR and its program to positively impact achieving the business plan
· Identifying the needs and translating into HR deliverables
· Provides HR consultancy and advice to line managers in the delivery of people-related activities organizational effectiveness programs, talent management, succession planning, performance management etc
· Manage, recommend and implement remedies on md-level to complex employee relations
· Provides sound, constructive and timely consultation coaching and training to the business on a wide range of human resources topics
· Utilize a consulting process to identify department performance needs/gaps and recommended solutions to address business issues
· Drive HR standardizations, processes, and efficiencies across departments
· Drive manager accountability for employee engagement for the business unit, including development and execution of the action plans
· Work proactively with shared service leaders to understand and influence current and future states organizational structure
· Work proactively with managers and leaders to evaluate and prepare for future talent needs
· Identify the expected and potential points of resistance to change
· Serve as the liaison between Human Resources and the Diversity Office
Qualifications for Senior HR manager
· Able to drive action through influence and collaboration
· Prefer at least three (3) years of supervisory experience in a general capacity
· Consults with the executive team on the development, succession and retention of Pipeline Talent in the business to ensure effective coaching and career progression
· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
· Strong Business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level
· Strategic thinking and execution ability, be a doer
· Must be able to multi-task and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
· Implement established divisional talent review process for function
· Provide coaching and advise to leaders on sensitive/high-level employee issues
· Architect and champion of Human Resources Strategy including appropriate talent and organization interventions
· Performs talent and organization diagnoses to align with and drive strategy
· Work autonomously in a team environment

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
